Quotation Builder
Build individual quotation by selecting a range of products to make a package. Automatically calculates a range of profits from net, commissionable and different currencies to allow the reservation clerk to choose the most competitive profit, but ensuring profit margins are not eroded.

Booking
Seamless transition from Quotation to firm booking with the ability to validate all the elements required.

Package Builder
Packages can be pre-built for selection enabling fast user entry in the quotation builder and management control of what is offered. Any discrepancies between the package and the individual quotation can be easily identified and the package can be adjusted accordingly.

Supplier
A list of suppliers with their terms and conditions that drives the accounting end of the system.

Tasks
A list of both user defined and system generated tasks that includes reminders for provisional bookings, customer and supplier payments, passport details received, and tickets received and sent etc.

Customer
Extensive searching of past clients to find customers or existing quotes or bookings. Soundex and postcode searching supported. Integration with the quotation and booking sections.

Accounting
Multi Currency Supplier transactions are tracked along with clients’ deposits and payments.

Marketing
The client database is accessed in this section to allow specific targeted emails driven by previous bookings etc.
